Take a bowl heat3tspghee and 3tspmilk boil and add in a chanadal flour. and cover flour with plate rest for 15 mins. Now open the plate mix properly crumble with hands for smooth texture

Now take sugar in a sauce pan. Add water for chashni add saffron and cardamom powder.

Take a ghee in a pan and roast chanadal flour on a slow flame. When it looks fluffy and light turn off flame and add chashni mix well stir cont. Mini. 7-8mins. Add khoya and nuts powder mix properly. till ghee relase. Serve hot.
