Ingredients

  1. 1 cupchana dal flour rough
  2. 1 cupghee
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 1 small tsp cardamomm powder
  5. 7-8strings saffron
  6. 3 tsp.Milk
  7. 100 gmskhoya
  8. 1tb. nuts powder(cashew and Almond)

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl heat3tspghee and 3tspmilk boil and add in a chanadal flour. and cover flour with plate rest for 15 mins. Now open the plate mix properly crumble with hands for smooth texture

    Now take sugar in a sauce pan. Add water for chashni add saffron and cardamom powder.

    Take a ghee in a pan and roast chanadal flour on a slow flame. When it looks fluffy and light turn off flame and add chashni mix well stir cont. Mini. 7-8mins. Add khoya and nuts powder mix properly. till ghee relase. Serve hot.

    Yummy delicious traditional gujarati sweet is ready to serve
