Ingredients

  • 1 kgSemovita
  • Yeast 2 1/2 tbspoon
  • Salt 1 tspoon
  • Sugar 2tbspoon
  • Water (at room temperature)

    In a bowl combine semovita and yeast and mix with water until you reach pancake mixture

  2. 2

    Leave it to rise for 1 hour or more

  3. 3

    Add salt and sugar, Fried with masa pan
