Steps

Heat ghee in a Kadhai, add cashues in it,fry it and remove it from the ghee and keep it a side.

Add semolina in same Kadhai and stir it continuesly.. Till it changes it's colour light golden.

Pour hot milk in it stir fastly. When milk totally absorbed add sugar, cardamom pwder,drop of a food colour and Kesar in it.

When sugar melts and semolina turns in a thick Consistancy.. Add dry fruits in it.

Serve it hot.
