Ingredients

  1. 2 cupssmooth peanut butter
  2. 1 cupsharshly chopped peanuts
  3. 1 teaspoonvanilla
  4. 1 cupcream cheese (room temperature)
  5. 1/2 cupcrushed graham crackers (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a bowl, mix with an electric mixer, peanut butter and cream cheese. Beat until smooth

  2. 2

    Add vanilla and beat for 30 seconds

  3. 3

    Add peanuts and graham cracker and mix with a spoon until combined

  4. 4

    Place (with a cookie dropper or spoon) drops of the peanut dough on a lightly greased baking sheet (1/2 inch apart)

  5. 5

    Freeze for 4 hours or until hard! ENJOY!
