Wash urad daal and rice properly, soak urad daal, chana daal, methi seeds in one vessel, and rice in another vessel in sufficient water for over night or at least 7 to 8

After proper soaking strain them, grind rice, and urad daal,chana daal, in grinder, make a fine paste, add salt in it, cover this paste with lid, keep in warm place for 6 to 7hr.for fermatatuon fermentation.

For for making spiced powder we dry roast all these ingredients on hot tava,

After cooling these spicese, grind them all and make a fine powder, keep this powder aside

Now for making upma-take a pan heat on medium flame add 1 tsp oil add, mustard seeds, let then sizzle, then add 1/4 cup rava, saute it for 2 min. Then add 2,1/2 cup hot water,salt, make thin consistency upma.

Now for making dosa take fermatated dosa batter, spread batter on heated tava,

When surface of dosa become dry then put, thin rava paste, on it, 1 tbs spiced powder, chopped onion, and squeeze half tomato on it just like we squeezed lemon, mash the outer cover of tomato, add 2 tbs butter, mix all well.

Now with help for spatula spread this mixture all over dosa

Now let this dosa cook on very slow flame for 5 to 8 min. So it become craspy

Slowly removed dosa from tava.

Serve this dosa with coconut chutney
