Lunch, or supper, the choice is yours , to get your “ pulses “ racing!! Haha, #Quick, #Easy, #Familyfreindly, and.....#Worldpulseday!

Peel, slice and dice Onions, add to a Wok.

Add the packet of Green Peas. Pour over about a tablespoon of Basil Oil. Start to heat, stirring well.

Meanwhile, cut the Chicken breast into thin slices, then cut these pieces again, into short thin strips. Add to Wok and mix well. Cook until the Onions are soft and the meat cooked.

Add the Noodles and mix well, cook for about 5 minutes to heat the noodles through.

Whisk the eggs in a cup, add to the Wok and stir well, making sure all the food gets coated and the eggs cooked. Serve and enjoy!
