Pressure Cook the potatoes for 3 whistles

Peel off the skin and prick them with fork

In a pan add oil. Then add mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves. Let it splutter

Add turmeric powder, chili powder and salt. Saute this in a low heat for 2 to 3 mins.

Add potatoes and mix. Roast well till the potatoes are coated with masala
