Ingredients

  1. 350 mlmilk maid (condensed milk)
  2. 700 mlfresh cream
  3. for the crumb crushed biscuits eg digestive biscuits 1 packetfor the crushed hard Caramel1 cup sugar1/2 water1 tbsp butter

Cooking Instructions

    Beat the fresh cream and milk maid in a glass bowl and put to freeze

  2. 2

    Over a slow flame heat the sugar and water...when dissolved ad the butter spread on a steel plate and refridgerate when cooled down . When firm and hard crack into tiny pieces

    For crumb crush the biscuits

  4. 4

    Serve in a bowl ... drizzle a generous amount of crumb with 3-4 pieces of caramel
