Ingredients

  • 4 slicesbread
  • 1egg
  • 2 tbspmilk
  • 1 tspgram flour
  • To tastesalt and pepper
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat the egg, mix salt and pepper

  2. 2

    Add milk and gram flour

  3. 3

    Now heat a skillet and toast the bread.

  4. 4

    Now dip the bread slices in the egg mix.

  5. 5

    Grease the skillet with oil and fry the bread slice well flipping the sides over.
