Steps

Dissolve the sugar and yeast into milk and set aside for 5 minutes

Now knead a soft dough with it adding into the flour,salt and oil

Now keep it in a warm place to get double

Dust the rolling surface and knead the dough again

Roll it into desired shapes and heat a tawa

Prepare parathas and grease them with butter

Serve hot with any kind of side dish
