Steps

Heat oil and fry the fish from both the sides
2

Remove and add cumin seeds and bay leaf
3

Add masala paste and saute well
4

Add salt and turmeric powder,saute
5

Add red chilli Powder and tomato saute well till oil separates
6

Add fish and water,cover till it is soft
7

Add sugar and garam masala powder and serve
