Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1ripe plantain
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • 2eggs
  • Onion
  • Carrot
  • Bell peppr
  • Seasoning
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and cut your plantain to desired shape sprinkle salt and it fry in hot oil

  2. 2

    Break your egg in a bowl and seasoning and salt dice your veggies add then and whisk

  3. 3

    Put pan on medium flame add a tablespoon of oil pour in your egg mixture and keep stirring until scramble and cooked
