Mix all the ingredients of kachori in a bowl n kneed it...and make a dough and keep aside for 30 minutes.

After 30minutes make a puries from a dough n deep fry in oil.make sure that your poori should be puff. So with the help of spoon you make your puries puffy.

After making puries you mix the potatoes,moong n Channa in boel n add black salt, salt, chilli powder, chaat masala, cumin powder n mix it..now make a hole in a puries n fill this mixture in it...after filling put some beaten curd, tamarind chutney n mint chutney over it.n sprinkle some black salt,chilli,powder,cumin powder,salt,chat masala over it...and garnish by aanar daana,coriander leaves n fine Sev. Your Raj kachori is ready.
