Mix all the ingredients of cone and make a medium dough. Let it rest for 5mins

Divide the dough into 4parts. Roll a thin chapati and half cook them on Tawa.

Cut the cooked chapatis into 4parts and prepare cones. Seal the sides of cone using maida paste.

Heat oil in a kadhai. Add onions.cook till translucent. Add all the other ingredients and mix well. Cool the dabeli stuffing.

Once the mixture is cooled down, start stuffing the cones. In the meantime heat the oil.

Apply maida paste on the open part of cones and deep fry them in hot oil till golden brown and crisp.

Garnish with sev and grated cheese. Serve hot.
