Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.

Pour all the mixture into a lightly oiled hot square frying pan like this.

Reduce the heat and cover. Cook until the egg mixture is cooked.

Turn onto a clingfilm (the lightly browned side up) and carefully roll using the bamboo mat. Make sure that clingfilm doesn't go inside the egg. Use two rubber bands to hold its shape. Keep it until cooled and slice.
