Ingredients

  • 100 gmsnishasta(wheat cream)
  • 1 litremilk
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • Saffron as required
  • 15-20almonds soaked and skin removed
  • 15-20piatachios soaked and skin removed
  • Method

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind the almonds n piatachios to get a smooth paste.

  2. 2

    Mix all the above ingredients to get a smooth lump free batter.

  3. 3

    Cook on a low flame stirring continuously till the batter is smooth enough. Takes about 45 to 60 minutes.

  4. 4

    Pour a spoon of batter in a plate to check if it sets. Or else cook some more.

  5. 5

    Pour in flat small plates and let it set. Refrigerate and serve chilled. Enjoy!
