  • Pap, Milk, Honey, Plantain, Salt
  • Groundnut oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash, slice and fry the plantain.

  2. 2

    Pour palm into a bowl. Mix with ordinary water. Add boiling water to make a paste. Add honey and milk. Stir together. Serve with the fried ripe plantain
