  • Species
  • Seasoning
  • Fish or meat
  • Scotched bonnet
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot put oil scotched bonnet,seasoning species and cook for 5-7mins.

  2. 2

    Put the per boiled potatoes and gently stir,allow to cook for 3 mins and then add the sliced vegetables,fish or meat cook for 3 more mins stir gently and remove from heat.

  3. 3

    Enjoy
