Ingredients

  • 2medium beetroots
  • 4 cupsflour
  • 1/2 cupsooji
  • to tasteSalt
  • pinchSugar
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the beetroots first and then grind them in a blender. Red colour Beetroot pulp is ready now.

  2. 2

    Now make a stiff dough with maida, sooji, Salt, sugar and beetroot pulp.

  3. 3

    Put oil for deep-frying. Roll the puris and now deep fry the puris
