Ingredients

  • 1 cupflour
  • 100 gbutter
  • 2eggs
  • Halfcup of milk
  • Tspvanilla
  • Halfcup sugar
  • Tspbaking powder
  • 1/4 tspbaking soda
  • Halfcup grated coconut
  • Halfteaspoon lemon zest
  • Halfcup groundnut
  • 2 spoonraisons

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix your butter and sugar till fluffy

  2. 2

    Add eggs and mix well then add milk

  3. 3

    Add baking powder, baking soda, vanillah and mix well

  4. 4

    Add your flour, lemon zest, groundnut coconut and raisons then mix well

  5. 5

    Pre heat your oven

  6. 6

    Bake for 35 minutes. Temp 230°C

  7. 7

    Ready😍😍😍
