Ingredients

  • 200 gmsfish fillet
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 cupflour
  • 1/4 cuplemon juice
  • Shallow oil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Take the filets and pour in the lemon juice, salt & pepper and let sit for 30mins

  2. 2

    In a plate add flour, garlic powder, black pepper

  3. 3

    Coat the fish and shake off excess

  4. 4

    Shallow fry till browned, turn n brown the other side.

  5. 5

    Serve with a great Tartar sauce
