Slices yam and peel the skin off

Rinse in clean water

Add a little salt and toss the contents to distribute the salt

Pour enough vegetable oil into the frying pan

When the oil is heated add a few yam slice

Heat your non- stick frying pan with 2 cooking spoon of vegetable oil

Add the chopped tomatoes, onions and pepper, cook for about 4-5 minutes

Add salt, seasoning cube and curry stir to combine ingredients

Add whisked egg to sauce and leave for about a minutes
