Steps

Firstly Peel boiled aloo and mash.

Add all dry spices and mash again.

Add besan in a big bowl.Add water and all dry spices make a semi thick better.

On the flame. Heat the oil in kadhai. Take aloo mash and make small ball.Dip balls one by one in besan better and fry in medium heat oil.

After golden brown take out from the oil and serve.
