In a bowl takr wheat flour

Now add salt, red chilli acc to taste and garam miasala and mix well

Now add oil and soaked broken wheat and mix well

Now with lukewarm water knead the dough

Roll small chapatis and deep fry in hot oil

Serve hot with spucy aaloo sabji or chole
