Clean the okra and cut off the heads and tails

Clean the onion and cut into medium.dices

Cut and pound the garlic

Slice the bell pepper in strips and then halve it

Heat your pan on medium heat and once hot

Put the margarine and immediately it melts,pour the dices of onion

Saute' for 5 minutes or until the onions turn translucent and add the garlic

Stir and saute' for 5 minutes.Stirring regularly

Add the okra,cut in half. Stir gently with wooden spoon. Saute' for 10 minutes.

Ensure the heat is on medium

Add the bellpeppers and stir gently and mix the ingredients and let.it saute' for 5 minutes.Add 2 pinches of cayenne pepper

Stir and add salt.After 2 minutes.Remove your vegetable and serve
