Prepare all the ingredients by dicing them up

Whip up the eggs and add salt to taste

Add all the other ingredients to the whipped eggs

Put oil in a pan and pour the eggs

Once its cooked on one side turn or since the egg is too big bisect into small pieces for easy turning

Once done remove from heat.served mine with tambi and black tea...enjoy
