1 cupmustard leaves puree
1/2 cupbathua puree
1onion chopped
1 tbspginger,garlic paste
1 tbspcumin coriander powder
1tomato puree
1 tspred chilli powder
1/4 cupsugarcane jaggery
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and fry the onion and ginger,garlic paste
2

Add salt and cumin coriander powder and mix well
3

Add red chilli powder and tomato puree
4

Add the sag puree,saute till thick
5

Add jaggery and mix well
6

Serve with makki roti
