Ingredients

  • 1 cupmustard leaves puree
  • 1/2 cupbathua puree
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1 tbspginger,garlic paste
  • 1 tbspcumin coriander powder
  • 1tomato puree
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 cupsugarcane jaggery
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and fry the onion and ginger,garlic paste

  2. 2

    Add salt and cumin coriander powder and mix well

  3. 3

    Add red chilli powder and tomato puree

  4. 4

    Add the sag puree,saute till thick

  5. 5

    Add jaggery and mix well

  6. 6

    Serve with makki roti
