Ingredients

  1. 4 BagsGreen Tea
  2. 1Lemon
  3. 1Ruby Grapefruit
  4. 6Fresh Whole Bay Leaves
  5. 2Fresh Mint
  6. 2Fresh Thyme
  7. 2 teaspoonsGround Ginger
  8. 2 TeaspoonsGround Tumeric
  9. 4 TablespoonsHoney
  10. 1 cup90 Proof or higher Dark Spiced Rum

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Strip thyme leave from stem, slice lemon into 4 wedges and grapefruit into 8, leave mint and bay leaves whole place into a pot of water with tea bags. Bring tea to a boil then reduce

    Stir in Tumeric and Ginger, constantly stir. Pour in honey while also stirring.

    Add in Alcohol

  4. 4

    Drink hot just before bed.
