Prepare all your ingredients

Then put some oil in a pan, then put Chopped onions, a bit of garlic and ginger then allow thheonions to brown

Add in your potatoes and cover till they get a coating

Add in all the spices plus the grated coconut
- 5
Allow to cook until all the coconut is dissolved then add in the rest of you vegetables and mix. Season.

Add in your rice and stir until all the rice grains get a coating.

Add the beef stock and a little more seasoning and let simmer till all the liquid is absorbed. leave to rest for 10 - 15 minutes

Serve and garnish
