Steps

Cut all the vegetables in desired shape. Fry potato,cauliflower and paneer in oil and cook(almost 50%)carrots beans and mushroom in boiling water.

Chop onion in slices. Saute it in oil and make a paste of it with the help of little water. Puree the tomato.

Now put bay leaf and green elaichi in remaining oil in pan. Saute it now add cumin saute it also for a minute now add tomato puree and cook it for a minute add ginger garlic paste and all dry spices now again saute it for 3-4 minutes now add brown onion paste and cook it till oil seprat. Now add boiled vegetable and peas into it and cook it for 5 minutes on low heat.

Now add potato cauliflower and paneer and cashew paste into it and again cook it for 5-7 minutes on low heat with lid on. Keep a eye on it and toss it in between with the help of spatula. When done garnish it with green coriander....
