Soak both of dal in water for whole night and grind it,add cumin,Salt, baking soda to it

Take oil in pan and heat it

Left them until cool

Then take the dal batter in a spoon and put it in oil and fry it till golden,fry all the batter like it

Heat water in a sauce pan and add fried Bhalla to that for 2 hours

Then take out the Bhalla from water and drain it's water by pressing the Bhalla

Take curd and some water to it and grind it

Then add Bhalla and curd and put some salt,red chilli powder,roasted cumin to it and add some chutney to it,add pomegranate seeds to it and serve it
