Take a pressure cooker add 1 cup of water then water boil add chop turnip,salt,turmeric cook till soft add jaggery,makki atta mix and grind well.

Take a pan add ghee garlic saute then add ginger,onion saute add red chilli,green chilli,tomato puree mix then add grind turnip mix garnish coriander.

Take a bowl add makki atta,all ingredients mix add lukewarm water and mix and make a soft dough.

Then make a ball and flat in polythene and make roti apply oil and serve with turnip saag.
