Ingredients

30 minutes
  • 4chickens drums or any part you like
  • 1potato, peeled and divided into 8
  • 2tomatoes, cut into 8 parts
  • 3carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 5garlics, slice
  • 5shallots, slice
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chicken powder

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil thr chickens until they turn white and the oil comes out. Strain the broth if necessary.

  2. 2

    Add in the potato and carrots. Simmer until the are soft.

  3. 3

    Then add in the tomatoes, garlics and shallots. Stir to combine.

  4. 4

    Add in the seasonings. Taste test.

  5. 5

    Turn off the heat. Serve.
