Ingredients

  • 2 cAlmond Flour
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tspBaking Soda
  • 1/4 cdried Sour Cherries or Cranberries
  • 1/4 cSunflower Seeds
  • 1/4 cSesame Seeds
  • 1/4 cPistachios, rough chopped
  • 1large Egg or substitute
  • 2 tbspHoney or Agave or Coconut Sugar

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    In a large bowl, combine almond flour, salt and baking soda.

  3. 3

    Stir in dried fruit, seeds and nuts.

  4. 4

    In a small bowl, combine egg and agave.

  5. 5

    Stir wet ingredients into dry. Using your hands, shape dough into a 6.5x6.5 square that is about 3/4” thick. Cut into 16 squares

  6. 6

    Bake on a parchment paper lined baking sheet for 8-10 minutes.

  7. 7

    *Flax seed egg replacement: combine 1 tablespoon freshly ground flax seeds with 3 tablespoons water and stir together. In a few minutes the water should turn thick and gelatinous
