Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine almond flour, salt and baking soda.

Stir in dried fruit, seeds and nuts.

In a small bowl, combine egg and agave.

Stir wet ingredients into dry. Using your hands, shape dough into a 6.5x6.5 square that is about 3/4” thick. Cut into 16 squares

Bake on a parchment paper lined baking sheet for 8-10 minutes.

*Flax seed egg replacement: combine 1 tablespoon freshly ground flax seeds with 3 tablespoons water and stir together. In a few minutes the water should turn thick and gelatinous
