Steps

Peel off the shalgam and take a cooker add shalgam,salt,red chilli powder,water and boil it.

Take a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds and crackle it.

Now add garlic ginger paste,onions, peas, tomatoes and saute till it get light brown.

Add spices and cook for 3min.

Add boiled shalgam in it and saute.

It is ready and now serve it.
