Chicken momo with soup and chutney

Boil chicken for 5 minutes and separate chicken from water. Use water to make soup. Add 1 tbsp oil and salt to flour. Mix well. Add water to it and make a dough and keep aside. Make pieces of chicken.

Add 1 tbsp oil into a pan. Add 1 tbsp chopped garlic. Add1 tsp chopped ginger. Saute for1 minute. Add 1 chopped onion,3 chopped green chillies saute for2 minutes. Add chicken. Add 1 tsp black pepper powder,salt. Saute for3minutes. Keep aside.

Add1/2 tbsp oil into a pan. Add chopped 1/2 onion (chopped),1/2 tsp garlic(chopped),1/2 tsp ginger and 1 chopped green chilli. Saute for 1 minute. Add the water in which chicken was boiled. Let it boiled for3 minutes. Mix cornflour into1 tbsp water. Add to the water. Let it boiled for3 minutes. Add1/2 tsp black pepper powder and salt. The soup is ready.

Add1/2 cup of water to a microwave proof bowl.Add red chilli and tomato. High micro for 5 minutes. Peel off tomatoes. Make paste of tomato and chilli Add1/2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add 1/ tsp ginger and1/2 tsp garlic. Saute.Then add 1/2 onion(chopped). Saute for1 minute. Add tomato paste. Cook for2 minutes. Add red chilli powder,soya sauce,red chilli sauce,tomato ketchup,little bit of salt. Let it be thick. Chutney is ready.

Take small amount of dough and roll on to make thin and fill with small amount of chicken and give momo shape. Grease oil into the momo stands and put momos into it and steam for10to12 minutes.

Momo is ready to serve.
