Peel the roasted peanuts.

Grind all the ingredients finely.

Take roti dough.

Roll small circles of the dough and put the filling on it and close it and roll into chapatis.

Raost on tawa with ghee as the roti may stick to tawa because of gud.

Serve hot hot Gulachi Poli with hot milk or chutney.
