Sun Dried Tomato & Basil Hummus

I love a really good tangy hummus. Bland hummus is sad and disappointing, good hummus is life. This one is really simple to make and is full of beautiful, fresh, natural flavours. Scoop it up with something carby and you have yourself a party 🥳 It’s special enough for guests too, also #vegan. Celebrating #WorldPulseDay

Steps
- 1
Gather your ingredients. I used sun dried tomatoes partially dehydrated and already in a garlic and herb oil, from ASDA. But use whatever you can find. Partially rehydrated have lots of flavour.
- 2
Add all ingredients except the oil to your blender and blend until smooth. Then add your oil until the desired consistency is reached.
- 3
Top with pine nuts, a drizzle of olive oil and some fresh basil.
