3 cupsCooked rice
1large chicken breast
1 tbspoil
Ginger and black pepper paste
Scotch bonnet
Onion
Spring onion
Spices
Seasonings
Blue and green food color

Steps

In a pan, add oil, chicken breast cuts, spices, seasonings, scotch bonnet, onion and saute until it's cooked

This is the left over rice

Add the rice to the cooked chicken sauce,stir and cover to let cook for 5mins

Stir fry well, add colors in drops and cover for 3 mins

Stir and mix, then serve.
