Ingredients

  1. Cabage-1bowl
  2. Carrot-1bowl
  3. Spring onion white part-1bowl
  4. Green part-1bowl
  5. Ginger-1spoon
  6. Black pepper powder-1spoon
  7. Garlic-1spoon
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. Maida-4spoon
  10. Cornflour-2spoon
  11. Oil
  12. Capsicum-1bowl
  13. Vineger-1spoon
  14. Tomato sauce-2spoon
  15. Soya sauce-1spoon
  16. Green chilli-1spoon
  17. Red chilli-1spoon

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all the vegetable with maida and cornflour bind it along with salt and black pepper powder

  2. 2

    Deep fry the balls of manchurian

  3. 3

    Add 2 spoon oil and let it get heats up

  4. 4

    Add ginger,garlic and fry it for 1 minute now add all the sauces along with vinger

  5. 5

    Add 1 spoon cornflour and 2 spoon water and mix it well

  6. 6

    Add the mixture of cornflour into the sauce mixture

  7. 7

    Add the balls of fried manchurian into the gravy

  8. 8

    Mix it for 1 minute and sprincle the spring onion on its top

  9. 9

    Plate it out and enjoy
