In a panput oil and heat it then add jeera hing and fry for 1 minute then add green chilli onion ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes and then add tomatoes still soft fryfor 2 minutes then add dry masalas fry for 2 minutes then add green moong boiled and cooked for 5 minutes and add lemon juice and grammasala. Just try for 2 minutes and of the flame...
