100 gRajgira flour
to tasteFasting salt
as neededWater to knead the dough
5boiled Potatoes
2 Tspginger chilli paste
1/2 cupCoriander Leaves
as neededOil
1 tbspJeera
1 lemon juice

For Puri.Take Rajgira flour.Put Fasting salt.knead dough with water.Make Puri and fry in oil

Take Kadai.Add oil.Put Jeera let them sputter.Put ginger chilli paste.Add boiled potatoes,salt and coriander leaves.At last add lemon juice.Serve with Puri and fried green chillies
