Take a peas paste in a bowl add green chilli paste and ginger paste now add curd, gram flour and semolina mix everything all together now add some water and mix it well now add salt and sugar and mix it well

Now heat steamer to steam dhokla here i steamed it in kadhai heat kadhai and add 1 glass water to boil now add eno and mix it gently in batter in one direction transfer the batter in a greased tray or plate and keep it in kadhai for 25 minutes check it with tooth pick it clean it ready if not clean steam for 10 minutes more now lets it cool

Heat a tadka pan and add oil and mustard seeds, slit green chillies or leaves curry when cracks put in the dhokla cut the dhokla in a piece add some coconut powder in it now healthy green peas Dhokla is ready to serve..
