Steps

Take a bowl....mashed potatoes... Add carrots and peas in it.

Take flatten rice and soaked for 2minutes....drain water and mix in above mixture

Add salt and pepper according to taste👅

Make a dough of above mixture... Shape that dough of ur choice..... Keep them in fridge for 1 hour

Make a paste of Maida+corn flour+salt+pepper with 1/2cup water

Dip cutlets in paste and then cover with bread crumbs...... Make them fry

Serve with tomato sauce or green dhaniya chutney
