Bhi famous dish of all festivals.Good aroma & beautiful colour ,osm taste.
Steps

Wash & rinse the rice with fresh water 2_3 times.

Soak for 20 minutes.

Boil 5 cup water in a pan with kesar,after a boil add soaked rice & cooked on low flame till they are properly cooked.

Now stain the excess water from the rice with stainer.

Keep it aside.

Now add pure ghee in a karahi.

Add all the spices & cook on low flame till aroma smells off & add cooked rice Mix bhi gently.

Add sugar & mix well.

Now the karahi with lid & cook for 5 minutes.

Open the lid & add chopped dry fruits.

Again cover it for few 1 minute.

Open the lid & mix well.

Serve hot.
