Lemon scented rice and tuna, with salad

Put rice in pan, add pinch of salt, cut a slice on lemon and place in the pan. Put lid on. Bring to boil (lid on) then simmer, let steam. Cook the rice for nice and fluffy. After rice is cooked remove lemon slice

Cut lettuce stalk off, cut the lettuce in half, fold lettuce then chop finely. Place in a pan of water and boil until soft and limp but still looks healthy

Place 2 tins of tuna in a wok, brown off, add chopped onions, pinch of salt, pepper

Cut feta cheese into small squares, chop plum tomatoes in half and fry tomatoes for 2 minutes.

Dish up and enjoy
