Cooking Instructions

Cut the wedge of Manchego cheese into 3 triangles.

Slice each triangle as shown in the picture.

Place a few flakes of capellanet on top of each piece of cheese.
- 4
Add a small piece of sun-dried tomato on top of the capellanet.
- 5
Garnish the plate with the sunflower seeds.
