  1. 1wedge Manchego cheese
  2. 1 3/4 ozcapellanet (smoked small cod) (50 grams)
  3. 1 tablespoontoasted shelled sunflower seeds
  4. 1sun-dried tomato marinated in olive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the wedge of Manchego cheese into 3 triangles.

    Slice each triangle as shown in the picture.

  3. 3

    Place a few flakes of capellanet on top of each piece of cheese.

  4. 4

    Add a small piece of sun-dried tomato on top of the capellanet.

  5. 5

    Garnish the plate with the sunflower seeds.
