  • 1wedge Manchego cheese
  • 1 3/4 ozcapellanet (smoked small cod) (50 grams)
  • 1 tablespoontoasted shelled sunflower seeds
  • 1sun-dried tomato marinated in olive oil

    Cut the wedge of Manchego cheese into 3 triangles.

    Slice each triangle as shown in the picture.
