Serves 2 servings

1wedge Manchego cheese
1 3/4 ozcapellanet (smoked small cod) (50 grams)
1 tablespoontoasted shelled sunflower seeds
1sun-dried tomato marinated in olive oil

Cut the wedge of Manchego cheese into 3 triangles.

Slice each triangle as shown in the picture.

Place a few flakes of capellanet on top of each piece of cheese.

Add a small piece of sun-dried tomato on top of the capellanet.

Garnish the plate with the sunflower seeds.
