Steps

Firstly make a dough of wheat flour,Suji,besan, coriander,palak,malai with the help of water

Roll out roties

Take a cooker and reverse it and heat for 1-2 min
4

Apply water on one side of roti and stuck that side inside hot cooker and reverse the cooker again

Then cook the roti from both sides
6

Take out and serve with pickle or chuttney
