  • 10- Full size burrito flours
  • 1- Zatarans Mexican Rice with 1 can Rotel Tomatoes
  • 1-16 ozcan Refried Beans
  • 2- Lbs Ground Turkey/beef
  • 2- Pkgs Taco Seasonings
  • 2- Pkgs Enchilada Sauce (red or green)
  • 1-1 LbBag Shredded Cheese

  1. 1

    Brown ground turkey/beef and season following directions on taco seasoning package

  2. 2

    Prepare Mexican rice as directed on package and warm up refried beans in sauce pan

  3. 3

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread 1/4 cup beans on tortilla, add 1/2 cup of rice and heaping 1/3 cup of turkey/beef. Roll up tightly and place in glass 9×13 baking pan. Repeat to remaining tortillas

  4. 4

    Pour enchilada sauce over all tortillas, then cover liberally with cheese.

  5. 5

    Bake at 350 until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly
