First measure your suji and fry in a ghee of one tsp.let them fry in golden colour then cook down.

Next step cut all your veggies including curry leaves,green chilli,keep it aside.

Next step in a pan heat some water for preparation of suji upma

Next step is take some refined o heat in a gas flame pour rai,urad dal,Channa dal,add hing,curry leaves,ginger(grated)green chillies,onion also let them cook nicely.

Next step is fry all the vegetables cook them nicely then add 2 and half glass of hot water add a pinch of haldi,salt,and our your fried suji and let them cook slowly adding a plate upper container let all the water absorbed and cooked nicely in between with the help of your spatula mix nicely.add remaining ghee also when turned out into golden brown colour add some cut coriander leaves.
